![]() Im about to restart a game from the fort 4 (1st) position but since there are no indicators of which quests are "manageable" Im finding again that Im wasting alot of time going to a location to fail and return the the fort or restarting and choosing another location to visit. At least until you get the forts to obtain potions (or perhaps different classes with different skilsets. It almost seems like you are forced to complete one quest and then go back to a fort to recover as there are little mechanism (early on) to do this. Therefore the point of bypassing optional fights does not actually make any difference to my particular experience of the game. ![]() ![]() The notion of conserving abilities is fine but I have already done this by only focusing on the battles at quest locations. Personally I understand the design decisions youve made to seek out such a experience. Also, bypass optional fights until after the boss is dead. Be a little more careful to conserve your good abilities and not use them against weak enemies or foes who are already nearly dead. It's an unusual system and not to everyone's taste, but some find it interesting and suspenseful. For each encounter, you have to be careful to not overuse your power and to conserve enough energy for future fights.
